Love You Long Time is a separate company from Secret Little Garden. Catering services are contracted directly with Love You Long Time under a separate agreement. As our preferred catering partner, they enjoy dedicated kitchen access and seamless venue coordination — at no additional fee to you.

We welcome outside vendors for most event services. We want you to have the team that tells your story. Here's what to know:
Outside Caterers
Outside caterers who are not on our preferred vendor list are subject to a Kitchen Access Fee ($500–$1,500 based on event size). This covers use of our commercial prep kitchen, refrigeration, staging areas, and post-event cleanup coordination. All outside caterers must hold a valid TABC license for alcohol service and provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Other Outside Vendors
Outside photographers, DJs, florists, and other non-catering vendors are welcome at no additional fee. All outside vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance to the venue at least 30 days prior to the event and comply with our venue guidelines.
We partner with vendors who share our commitment to excellence, cultural sensitivity, and genuine hospitality. Preferred vendors enjoy dedicated venue access, coordinated event support, referrals from our team, and no venue access fees — all through a simple partnership agreement.
