Yes — Secret Little Garden operates an open vendor policy. You can choose from our curated Masters of Hospitality network (a flat $750 coordination fee applies), or you can bring your own licensed and insured outside caterer (a 20% venue premium + $750 coordination fee applies). Our Masters of Hospitality are San Antonio’s finest culinary talent, vetted and venue-approved.
A flat $750 coordination fee applies to all caterers. If your caterer is not on our Masters of Hospitality list, an additional 20% venue premium also applies. Masters of Hospitality partners are vetted, venue-familiar, and carry no venue premium — just the flat $750 coordination fee.
